Kinesis HIIT is a training experience designed to challenge and push your boundaries. Specifically programmed and tailored to challenge all participants from the first timer to gym junkie.

Each session will encompass a specific warm up and mobility component, targeting the muscles and joints used in the activities and movements to be performed during the session. The session will also put a focus on a specific high intensity-conditioning workout designed to raise the heart rate and target the desired muscle groups worked during that session whilst burning calories. Capping the session off will be a warm down and stretch, which the purpose is to aid in recovery and injury prevention

Kinesis STRENGTH incorporates complex movements and variations designed to challenge and push the participants both physically and mentally.

Each session will encompass a specific warm up and mobility component, targeting the muscles and joints used in the activities and movements to be performed during the session. The session will also put a focus on skill and movement work (ranging from deadlifts, front squats, pistol squats etc), targeting strength and muscular development.

Following this component, the group will be taken through a specific high intensity-conditioning workout designed to raise the heart rate and target the desired muscle groups worked during that session. Capping the session off will be a warm down and stretch, which the purpose is to aid in recovery and injury prevention.
