SAM PURCELL

I became a Personal Trainer through CIT by completing certificate 3 and 4 in fitness. Currently, I am studying a double degree in Psychology and Exercise Science.

I want to provide people with essential knowledge for their training, nutrition and maintaining their health so they become the best version of themselves. As well as teach people how to apply these training and nutrition principles.

JORDAN BENNETT

From a very early age I have been passionate about improving personal strength & athletic ability.

With a long sporting background, over a decade working in sports supplements/nutrition, and 12+ years experience spent under a barbell I have a deep knowledge base to drawn upon to help you achieve the goals or results you are looking for.

Whether it be from being a complete beginner, intermediate, to advanced, I want to help you improve and get stronger!

My favourite thing about being a Coach at Fortitude Human Performance is the people you meet, and having the opportunity to hear their stories of how they got to where they are today. There is a lot to learn from each and every individual.

being able to have a positive impact on their lives. Healthy body and mind is so important to leading a full life, and being able to have a part in people’s journey in a positive way.

CHRIS ANASTASIOU

Personal training goes hand in hand with my degree, being able to help people move and get their bodies in the best possible condition is a very rewarding feeling.

Exercise helps the body and mind in more ways than most people think, so helping people with this something I am very passionate about.
